Lon’s at the Hermosa grows a wide selection of herbs and heirloom fruits, vegetables and grains on the Inn grounds. Harvested at the peak of their flavor and combined with other locally grown produce, the ingredients are incorporated into dishes that are brilliantly creative, yet direct and approachable.
Our executive chef actively seeks out ingredients that are humanely raised and from ecologically sound sources.
Menus are designed for maximum culinary impact with dishes that range from the pecan roasted pork chop to the cactus pear lacquered breast of duck.
Each month the executive chef creates a multi-course prix fixe menu that celebrates seasonality in our Phoenix restaurant. It can be enjoyed nightly with the option of appropriately chosen wines Sunday through Thursday. |
